It will take place in Athens, Greece on <strong>November 21-22, 2024, but at the same time it will offer participants a fully remote, real-time, MS Teams <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-2132\" src=\"http:\/\/smap2024.athenarc.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Icon-Teams-28x281-1-300x280-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"32\" height=\"30\" srcset=\"https:\/\/smap2024.athenarc.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Icon-Teams-28x281-1-300x280-1.png 300w, https:\/\/smap2024.athenarc.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Icon-Teams-28x281-1-300x280-1-24x22.png 24w, https:\/\/smap2024.athenarc.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Icon-Teams-28x281-1-300x280-1-36x34.png 36w, https:\/\/smap2024.athenarc.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Icon-Teams-28x281-1-300x280-1-48x45.png 48w, https:\/\/smap2024.athenarc.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Icon-Teams-28x281-1-300x280-1-124x116.png 124w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 32px) 100vw, 32px\" \/> presentation option.<\/strong> Thus, all workshop days and talks have been adjusted towards a smooth continuous streaming presentation attendance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>General paper presentation instructions to authors:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">SMAP 2024 sessions are scheduled to include many papers in a first-come-first-serve manner. E.g., for a session lasting 80 minutes between 09:00-10:20, four (4) papers are scheduled to be presented in the following order, whereas <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>20 mins<\/strong> will be available for each paper presentation in total, <strong>including Q&amp;A<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">paper 1: 09:00-09:20<\/span><\/li>\n<li>paper 2: 09:20-09:40<\/li>\n<li>paper 3: 09:40-10:00<\/li>\n<li>paper 4: 10:00-10:20<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each session&#8217;s paper order is mentioned in the detailed programme below.
